Where We Need You:

Our Business Performance Improvement solution is seeking an Associate Director to join our growing team.

What You Can Expect:

As an Associate Director, you'll take a lead role in strengthening our relationships with clients and providing seamless guidance in the completion of engagements. You'll partner with our strategic clients to identify and manage risk. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through analytics, automation or the latest tools and methods.

You'll develop new projects, help identify new business, and build lasting relationships with clients and within the community as you serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide growth and development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

What Will Help You Be Successful:

• You enjoy identifying opportunities to improve process efficiencies and support more strategic and profitable client business decisions
• You have experience in designing and implementing new business processes and leading EPM technologies.
• You have hands-on experience working in FP&A, understanding key business drivers that impact business performance and working closely with business leaders and executives, helping them analyze business results, evaluate alternatives and plan corrective actions.
• You are passionate about building relationships with clients and providing exceptional experiences.
• You promote a positive team culture that fosters open communication among all engagement team members.
• You create development opportunities for others, including participating in the creation and rollout of training, and ways for your team to improve our clients and communities.
• You have interest in contributing to the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.
• You excel at identifying opportunities to integrate product solutions and resources to improve client service capabilities.

• You have experience in leading and managing a team ensuring project activities and deliverables are met while staying in the project budget.

Your Educational And Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting/Finance); Graduate degree preferred
• 7+ years relevant prior FP&A and/or Corporate Finance experience; prior consulting experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on OneStream, Adaptive, Anaplan, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), and/or Oracle EPM/BPCS
