Pay

Pay $17.00 per hour! Part-time position available.

Location / Available Schedule

• Richfield / Part-time (15 hrs weekly); 3 days a week 10AM‑3PM. Options: Mon/Wed/Fri or Mon/Tues/Thurs 9AM‑2PM or 10AM‑3PM. One occasional weekend a month to fill some hours AM or PM.
• This position requires a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license held for at least one year (post-permit) and a clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.

• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

What You’ll Bring To Sevita

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time‑management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
