What You’ll Do: Manage & Grow Accounts Achieve Sales Excellence: Help grow service and repair revenue while supporting customer retention and long‑term account success. Build Trusted Relationships: Develop strong relationships through site visits, proactive communication, and timely follow‑up with customers and internal teams. Expand Your Network: Represent the company by building relationships with customers, industry contacts, and internal stakeholders while identifying new business opportunities. Problem‑Solve and Consult: Partner with customers and experienced team members to understand customer needs and recommend solutions that support their short‑and long‑term goals. Support Execution & Delivery Prepare Proposals and Contracts: Create repair proposals, conduct site surveys, and coordinate operations teams to support customer projects. Develop Industry Knowledge: Participate in ongoing training to learn company offerings, elevator systems, local codes, and industry best practices. What You’ll Bring: Relevant Experience: Internships, campus involvement, athletics, military, project leadership, sales exposure, customer service, relevant coursework, or other experiences demonstrating proactiveness, accountability, and relationship‑building skills are valued. Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Relationship Building: Skilled at establishing trust, communicating effectively, and developing strong connections with customers and colleagues. Drive & Initiative: A self‑starter who is motivated to learn, take initiative, and continuously develop new skills, with a solution‑based mindset. Organization & Follow‑Through: Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and consistently meet commitments in a fast‑paced environment. Communication Skills: Confidence interacting with customers, presenting ideas, and leading productive conversations. Technical Skills: Eagerness to learn technical products and industry concepts.
