We are seeking an experienced Learning Architect to develop and execute customer-focused learning strategies that improve product adoption, strengthen customer engagement, and support measurable business outcomes. This position combines learning strategy, customer enablement, consulting, and stakeholder relationship management. The Learning Architect will work closely with customers, Customer Success Managers, and delivery teams to identify learning needs, develop tailored enablement programs, and help organizations maximize the value of their technology investments. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in customer-facing learning, enablement, customer success, or consulting, with strong communication skills and the ability to connect learning initiatives to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted learning advisor to customers, helping them build skills, improve adoption, and achieve business goals.
• Develop and execute learning strategies aligned with customer priorities, business objectives, and implementation goals.
• Assess customer learning needs, identify skill gaps, and recommend targeted learning solutions.
• Design tailored enablement programs incorporating training, certifications, workshops, and digital learning resources.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and delivery teams to coordinate learning initiatives and improve customer outcomes.
• Analyze learning engagement data and adoption metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in customer business reviews, planning sessions, and stakeholder discussions to communicate progress and recommend learning opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that encourage engagement, confidence, and long-term success.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve learning experiences and program effectiveness.
• Manage multiple learning initiatives and priorities while maintaining alignment with customer expectations.
• Facilitate customer discussions, presentations, and workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience leading customer-facing learning, enablement, customer success, or consulting programs.
• Experience developing and implementing learning strategies aligned with business objectives and customer outcomes.
• Strong understanding of customer enablement, learning needs assessment, and skill development.
• Ability to design learning approaches using training programs, workshops, certifications, and digital learning resources.
• Experience collaborating across Customer Success, delivery, business, and technical teams.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence presenting and facilitating discussions with customers, business leaders, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, customer priorities, and concurrent initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use engagement or learning data to recommend improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in account management, customer success, or customer education.
• Background supporting enterprise technology customers or technology adoption initiatives.
• Exposure to learning, education, or technology sales.
• Experience developing customer enablement strategies that improve product adoption and long-term customer engagement.
• Experience participating in customer business reviews and strategic planning discussions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements, if needed.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is an experienced customer-facing learning and enablement professional who understands how to translate business objectives into practical learning strategies. This person should be comfortable advising customers, identifying learning gaps, designing tailored enablement programs, and collaborating with Customer Success and delivery teams. Rather than focusing exclusively on creating training content, the successful candidate will bring a consultative, relationship-driven approach to helping customers build capabilities, increase adoption, and achieve measurable outcomes.

Additional Information:

Hybrid position based out of the nearest approved client delivery center. Approved locations include Phoenix, AZ; Hartford, CT; Indianapolis, IN; Raleigh, NC; Providence, RI; and Richardson, TX.
