Physical Therapist – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Henderson Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain mobility, independence, and quality of life through individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

You will work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality rehabilitative services in a supportive and patient-centered environment.

• Evaluate patients to develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans

• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

• Educate patients, families, and staff on restorative techniques and continued care strategies

• Participate in staff training and interdisciplinary care planning

• Current, valid Physical Therapist license in the state

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient mobility

• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, push, and pull throughout the workday

• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
