Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing marketing and communications campaigns across various channels.

• Track campaign activities and assist with compiling performance reports and marketing insights.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate campaign timelines, promotional materials, and project deliverables.
• Communicate professionally with customers, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Stay current on marketing trends, communication strategies, and customer engagement best practices .
• Provide general administrative and organizational support to the marketing and communications team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations , or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Creative mindset with an interest in marketing, branding, communications, and customer engagement .
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in marketing, communications, retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or events is a plus but not required .
