Senior Data Scientist - Membership Insights

Role Description

As a Senior Data Scientist - Membership Insights (Contact Center), you will leverage advanced analytical techniques and domain expertise to identify, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that support strategic business objectives. This role involves:

Your expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization will drive informed decision-making and enhance operational effectiveness across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of leading projects
• Strong expertise in machine learning techniques including classification, regression, NLP, forecasting, and optimization
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, or Tableau
• Strong skills in exploratory data analysis, data wrangling, and predictive analytics to derive actionable business insights
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure
• Knowledge of natural language processing and decision tree learning techniques

Requirements

• Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains and databases to support analytical initiatives
• Build and train AI/ML models with a focus on scalability and reusability
• Conduct thorough data quality assessments and ensure data integrity for accurate model development
• Develop, test, and validate advanced predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques
• Deploy scalable analytical models into production environments, ensuring performance and sustainability
• Create clear and impactful data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders and influence decision-making
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions aligned with organizational strategy

The Contact Center Data Science team, part of the Member Insights organization, develops advanced statistical and machine learning models to enhance understanding and prediction of member behavior. The team focuses on:

• Optimizing Voicebot and Chatbot performance through data-driven experimentation and behavioral analysis
• Creating dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, enabling detailed tracking and operational insight across contact center workflows
