Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Oversee pharmacy operations at a cutting-edge home infusion site dedicated to delivering safe, home-based intravenous therapies. This leadership position is responsible for directing sterile compounding activities, managing pharmacy personnel, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards while driving branch success.

Job Type: Direct Hire
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Must have schedule flexibility including administrative on-call duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct day-to-day pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management
- Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and on-call scheduling for pharmacists and technicians
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance including State Board of Pharmacy regulations and USP <797/800> standards
- Maintain clinical expertise in infusion therapies and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
- Participate in branch budgeting, workflow improvement, and strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in California
- 3-7 years of clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care settings
- Strong expertise in IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation standards
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop pharmacy teams
- Experience with CareTend system highly preferred
