Admin - onsite in Westerville area

Summary of Position

The Admin/CSR is responsible for administrative duties for the office. This position assists as needed and serves as back up for other office positions. The Admin/CSR responds to requests, assists with customer issues, and provides information and assistance to customers and staff as needed.

Essential Job Requirements

• Responds to inquiries, assesses situation, and provides accurate information in a courteous, polite and professional manner

• Provides administrative/clerical assistance for office
• Serves as Community Outreach partner
• Assists Management team with special projects as needed
• Provides assistance with document specialist duties as needed
• Performs Quality Assurance (QA) procedures as needed
• Processes mail and faxes in a timely manner
• Maintains confidentiality and security of information.
• Regular and timely attendance
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education

High School Diploma

Required Experience

Office experience preferred.

Work Arrangement

This is an in-office position in the Westerville area.
