Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift | Every Other Weekend (EOW) | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Block Scheduling Considered

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Oncology floor with patient ratios of 1:6 or 1:7
• Perform telemetry monitoring and IV starts as part of routine patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner and Soarian EMR systems
• Adhere to facility scheduling requirements including every-other-weekend availability and minimal time-off requests, particularly around holidays
• Complete up to 8 hours of non-billable orientation modules via HealthStream prior to start date

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (if pending, proof that the process is underway may be considered)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical Surgical experience
• Experience with higher patient ratios (1:6 or 1:7) required
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and IV starts
• Must reside at least 30 miles from the facility to be eligible; candidates residing within 30 miles will not be considered (candidates residing 31–50 miles from the facility are welcome to apply)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Oncology experience highly preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner and/or Soarian EMR platforms
