Dishwasher

The dishwasher helps keep everything sanitary and clean. They are critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. Essential Functions Set up work stations including dish machine and server dump station Set up 3 sink area Ensure all mops and mop buckets are clean Ensure sufficient clean bus tubs for bussers Inventory detergents, degreasers, and cleaning equipment, restocking, notifying KM when stock is low Wash all equipment, dishes, utensils Place silverware and dishes in the area for the Bussers Replace kitchenware in the proper kitchen storage areas Clean and replace bus tubs Spray down and clean dishwasher after use Turn off dishwasher Set up bleach water (hot) for mopping kitchen and walk-in Mop kithcen and walk-in Clean and bleach all drains Clean all mops and buckets after use Requirements Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures Ability to take direction Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays ADA Information Ability to speak and hear Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and theability to adjust focus. Constant standing with some walking Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionallylift/move 50 pounds. Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manualdexterity and fine motor skills Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours as business dictates. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to heat/coldfrom the mechanical equipment.
