HR Generalist

Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist to join a family-owned manufacturing client in Clayton, NC. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. The HR Generalist will provide hands-on support across the employee lifecycle for a multi-company organization with office and manufacturing operations. This role will have a primary focus on full-cycle recruiting, benefits and leave administration, while also supporting employee relations, HR operations, compliance, payroll, and HR systems. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, pre-employment screening, onboarding, and recruiting metrics. Partner with hiring managers, staffing agencies, and community resources to build talent pipelines and support workforce needs. Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers on policies, performance, attendance, employee relations, and workplace concerns. Administer employee benefits, open enrollment, FMLA, ADA accommodations, leave programs, and vendor relationships. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, support payroll and timekeeping, and coordinate employee status changes and separations. Support HR compliance, including I-9 and E-Verify, record retention, workers’ compensation, unemployment, and continuous improvement of HR processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing, warehouse, or other employee-intensive environment. Demonstrated hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, benefits administration, and leave management. Experience supporting onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration, payroll, and offboarding. Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Accentuate Staffing
