We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Gastroenterology (GI) team in New Windsor or Goshen, NY .

This role is ideal for:

• A Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 1 Year experience in GI preferably-looking to grow in a thriving, team-based specialty setting

OR

• A Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with at least 5 years of experience who is looking to transition into GI and receive structured training and mentorship

Duties:

• Work directly with board-certified gastroenterologists in an outpatient-only setting
• Perform comprehensive GI-related patient assessments, follow-ups, consults and prevention guidance
• Manage chronic GI conditions providing treatment, management plans, preventative care plans and help with care coordination
• Order and interpret labs/imaging/diagnostic tests including endoscopy and colonoscopy
• Provide patient education and collaborate with other healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary support staff to coordinate patient care
• For primary care candidates: you'll receive mentored GI training and gradually transition to full independence within the GI team

Who We’re Looking For:

• Nurse Practitioner with experience in gastroenterology (clinic or hospital-based) - Preferred
• Experience in managing GI conditions, interpreting endoscopy results, and collaborating with GI physicians

Also Welcoming:

• Nurse Practitioner with 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Strong interest in transitioning to GI specialty
• Clinical confidence, eagerness to learn, and team-focused approach

Position Highlights

• Outpatient only – No weekends or nights

• Full-time or Part-time schedule (M–F); flexible schedule preference of 4-10 hour days or 5-8 hour days
