Patient Access Representative – Archbold Brooks Hospital Key Responsibilities Answer office telephones and direct callers appropriately. Schedule appointments for patients. Perform patient registration, check patients in and out at the front desk. Complete daily office tasks in a timely manner. Effectively communicate with patients considering their age and level of understanding. Verify insurance information. Experience and Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.
