Details Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital environment Night shift schedule of 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM Three 12-hour shifts per week totaling 36 hours Required to work every other weekend Uses Epic EMR Requirements Active RN license (IN or Compact) currently in hand Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience required Epic EMR experience required Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree (ASN) required Additional Information Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient plans of care Provide patient and family centered education throughout care and at discharge Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff members Serve as a mentor and preceptor to fellow staff Participate in quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and patient families in care planning Comply with regulatory standards and organizational practice governance model American Traveler Job ID P-746042.
