Bonus: Yes Visa Support: Not specified A leading national law firm is seeking a mid-level Fund Finance Associate to join its Charlotte, North Carolina office. This role is ideal for a transactional attorney with 3-5 years of relevant experience in fund finance, particularly in subscription credit facilities. Responsibilities Represent lenders and borrowers in complex fund finance transactions. Draft and negotiate loan documents for subscription credit facilities. Work on a variety of structures, including NAV, hybrid, and management company facilities. Manage client relationships and lead transactions with minimal supervision. Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from a top 30 law school with a minimum 3.0 GPA. 3-5 years of transactional legal experience with a focus on fund finance. Prior experience at a Top 200 AM Law firm is highly preferred. Strong drafting and client management skills. North Carolina Bar membership preferred or eligibility for admission. Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements (typically 3 days in-office).
