No call, predictable Monday-Friday schedule (8a-5p)
Long-term assignment with locums-to-perm potential
Strong support team: 10 MAs, 2 APPs, 1 RN, 2 office staff
Either PA or NP eligible

Assignment Details

Start: September 1, 2026, ongoing
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p with 1-hour lunch
Coverage type: No call, full-time
Commitment: 35-40 hours per week
Setting: Inpatient + outpatient (clinic and hospital coverage), Level 3 trauma
Volume: 12 patients/shift
Support: 10 MAs, 2 APPs, 1 RN, 2 office staff
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: 60-90 days
OT after 9 hours/day (must be preapproved by clinic manager)

Clinical Details

Cardiology APP coverage - inpatient/outpatient and rounding
Inpatient/rounding in cardiology within the last 2 years required

Requirements

Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified
Active CA license
ACLS, BLS
Active DEA
2 years of current hospital clinical activity in cardiology required (gaps greater than 3 months must be explained)
Inpatient/rounding cardiology experience within the last 2 years required

Compensation

Rate caps apply per facility
