Reception Lead (Centralia) Centralia, WA, US Requisition ID: 1267 Salary Range: $20.90 To $29.70 Hourly Reception Lead – Olympia Orthopaedic Associates Location: Centralia, WA Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.90-$29.70 per hour (Pay is determined based on years of experience) Overview Reception Lead will supervise the front office to ensure policies and procedures are followed and that a high level of patient care is provided. You will monitor clinic volumes, delegate downtime tasks, and handle calls and scheduling issues as needed. You may also step in as a receptionist to take calls and check-in patients when necessary. Responsibilities Supervise the front office to ensure policies and procedures are followed and patient care standards are met. Monitor clinic volumes and delegate downtime tasks when needed. Handle calls from the Doctor Line and manage scheduling issues such as late patients or rescheduling. Provide coverage as a receptionist when required (taking calls and checking in patients). Collaborate with Leadership Team to support goals and professional development. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical office setting, working with insurances and patients. Proven leadership experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Excellent skills in customer service and multi-tasking. A basic knowledge of computers and troubleshooting.
