En #GrupoSimpa estamos buscando Product Manager para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Producto Buscamos una persona con ganas de desafiar la forma en la que hacemos las cosas , analisar nuestros procesos e impulsar mejoras que generen impacto real en la operación. La posición trabaja de Lunes a Viernes de 9 a 18 hs en nuestras oficinas de Martinez , bajo un esquema híbrido con 1 día de home office semanal . ¿Cuál será tu desafío? Gestionar y asegurar el desempeño integral del portafolio, analizando ventas, márgenes, rotación, inventarios y rentabilidad, e impulsando acciones que permitan alcanzar los objetivos del negocio. Desarrollar la estrategia competitiva de los productos, analizando precios, posicionamiento, lanzamientos y acciones de la competencia para identificar oportunidades y definir propuestas de mejora. Liderar y coordinar los lanzamientos de nuevos productos, articulando con Marketing, Ventas, Operaciones, Postventa y E-commerce para asegurar su correcta implementación y llegada al mercado. Desarrollar indicadores, dashboards y análisis de negocio que permitan evaluar la performance del portafolio, detectar desvíos y facilitar la toma de decisiones comerciales y estratégicas. ¿Qué esperamos de vos? Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en análisis o gestión de producto. Manejo avanzado de Excel: tablas dinámicas, fórmulas y elaboración de reportes. Conocimientos sobre lanzamientos y gestión de productos. Inglés intermedio / avanzado. Formación en Administración, Ingeniería, Economía o carreras afines. Valoramos especialmente: Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados. Proactividad y dinamismo para anticiparse a las necesidades del negocio. Organización, atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar en equipo. ¿Cómo vivimos nuestra cultura?
