What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities: Complete routine maintenance and repairs to keep the facility safe, clean, and comfortable. Monitor and maintain building systems, including heating, cooling, and equipment. Maintain outdoor areas, walkways, and grounds, including snow/ice removal as needed. Assist with heavy cleaning, floor care, and facility upkeep when needed. Follow safety policies and support inspections and preventative maintenance. Qualifications: Ability to multitask and complete assignments timely. Interest in creating and maintaining a home-like atmosphere. Passion for providing excellent customer service to our residents.
