Charge Nurse | RN Tiffany Springs Rehabilitation and Health Care Center $7,500 Sign On Bonus for FT Day shift 6:30am-7pm Night Shift 6:30pm-7pm Job Description As a Charge Nurse, you are responsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will also oversee the overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during the assigned shift; this includes mentoring and educating nursing personnel and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
