Position Overview
Provide outpatient primary care and wellness visits in a corporate clinic environment. Care includes acute episodic visits, chronic disease management, and preventative services.

Schedule: Ongoing per diem day shifts

Clinical Scope

• Outpatient primary care and wellness
• Patients age 2 and older
• Limited occupational health support may be included
• Paper charting initially until EMR access is provided

Required Qualifications

• Board certified physician
• Active, unrestricted Georgia license
• DEA registration
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
