It is in this spirit that we encourage you to explore this opportunity to join The Management Trust team.The Compliance Inspector partners closely with their supervisory team to ensure consistent adherence to the community's CC&Rs, Rules and Regulations, and other key standards. This role requires a strong understanding of HOA governing documents and applicable state/federal regulations as well as the ability to use an online system to track and report findings. This role requires the ability to independently prioritize and self-manage time in order to meet assigned tasks.Job Duties And Responsibilities:Complete in-person physical site inspections for Association rules adherence by community membership and residentsEnsure management of inspection schedule based on contracted frequency of site reviewsReview Association common areas for upkeep and escalate concerns to Assistant Community Manager or Community ManagerUtilize company designated software or reporting system to track inspections and escalate compliance processes on homeowner accountsEscalate questions or concerns requiring secondary review, as applicableComplete 60-100 inspections of all assigned Association units per month (geography and traffic dependent) as assignedPerform escrow inspections within (7) business days; complete application validation documents as neededMay conduct inspections for properties that transition from the Developer stage – specifically focusing on quality standard compliance and cleanliness of common areasRegularly communicate with multiple levels of staff to ensure effective channels remain open between the Community Management team and homeowners regarding questions or concerns on compliance matters; serve as a conduit to relay feedback appropriately and in a timely mannerOther duties and special projects as assignedQualifications:Minimum of (2) years of work experienceAbility to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issuesExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to provide high-level customer service with attention to detail and organizationMust be a team playerAbility to self-manage time in order to complete assigned tasks during work hoursWilling to learn Company process and procedures, and learn/use proprietary softwareMust be able to manage workflow on a smartphone or tablet and complete dictation, take and describe photos, and document findings in an electronic systemAdaptable and dependable with a solid attendance recordProfessional and respectful demeanor with all staff and guests at all timesSpecial Position Requirements:Must have reliable transportation to conduct site visitsMust be able to drive in the dark if requiredMust have and maintain a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and driving record in compliance with Company policyEssential Functions:Use standard office equipment, including: computer, phone, etc.Ability to stand and walk properties, at ground level, for up to 4 hours at a time as needed to support clientsBe stationary for periods of timeAbility to drive for up to 3 hours at a timeRelocate up to (25) poundsTravel to and from offsite client locationsSupervises Others?
