The role involves overseeing accounting functions within the organization, working with various software systems, and managing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). It is an essential role in the financial services industry, where accuracy and efficiency are paramount. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the entire accounting functions within the organization Utilize various Accounting Software Systems to streamline processes and enhance productivity Leverage ADP - Financial Services to manage payroll and other financial transactions Use BlackLine software for financial close management and accounting automation Implement Concur for streamlined business expense management Manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for integrated management of main business processes Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure financial transactions are accurate and timely Conduct regular auditing to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Manage billing functions to ensure prompt and accurate invoicing of clients. Qualifications Proficient knowledge and experience in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Comprehensive understanding of BlackLine and Concur Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Ability to manage all Accounting Functions effectively Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Strong knowledge and experience in Auditing Ability to handle Billing Functions effectively Ability to lead, manage, and supervise a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks Experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the field of accounting.
