We're a moving company that picks up people's belongings and transports them from one location to another. We need REALLY GOOD movers for our Frisco / McKinney branch. People like you. Compensation & Benefits In the moving industry, some companies advertise $25/hr but only pay for “billable” time. At Einstein we pay from clock‑in to clock‑out, every hour. Your Money (The Fun Part) Your total pay includes a base hourly rate ($18) plus performance bonuses and tips. Copilots (During Training): $24–$26.50/hr total. Top performers earn more. Leads (Post‑Training): $26.50–$31.25/hr total. Leads move through four promotion tiers as they grow—your pay grows with you. Top performers earn more. Both roles also receive overtime rates and an on‑call bonus of $5/hr. The Rest of the Package W2 status (not 1099). Full employee benefits including Workers’ Comp, overtime protections, and half employment taxes paid by Einstein. Affordable health insurance, including vision and dental. Some days you’ll load a studio apartment in two hours; other days you’ll wrap a five‑bedroom house with a massive book collection and sculpture garden. You’ll problem‑solve on the fly, work with your team, interact with customers, and sweat a lot, but you’ll also laugh, build friendships, and go home knowing you helped someone through a stressful day. Your Must‑Haves Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull heavy objects up to 125 pounds overhead, 200 pounds independently, and 500 pounds in coordination with other team members, frequently throughout an eight‑plus hour day. 21 years of age. At least two years of personal driving experience with an acceptable driving record (no major violations in the last three years). Pass a criminal background check, physical, and drug screen. Excellent customer‑service skills, interest in learning new things, and motivation to be genuinely helpful. Availability to work three or more days a week, especially Thursday‑Sunday. Own reliable transportation (car, motorcycle, or scooter). Your Nice‑to‑Haves College degree or current enrollment. Moving experience. Friendly pet. When You’d Start We’re filling positions immediately. One Last Thing This is a physically demanding job that requires hard work. It may be a good reason to cancel your gym membership.
