The position includes additional coaching responsibilities within the athletic program. Primary Responsibilities Serve as Head Coach for the high school baseball program Develop and oversee all aspects of the baseball program, including offseason and summer activities Build a positive relationship with all students, parents, staff, and community members Teach assigned Social Studies classes Assist with other coaching duties as assigned Promote academic excellence, character development, and leadership among student‑athletes Support the overall mission and culture of the school district Qualifications Valid Texas teaching certification in Social Studies; Composite preferred CDL certification or ability to obtain CDL preferred Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Previous coaching experience preferred Commitment to building a competitive and positive athletic culture What We're Looking For An energetic educator and coach who is passionate about developing students both in the classroom and through athletics. Position Type: Full‑Time Salary: $41,000 to $74,750 Per Year Job Requirements At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
