PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch
* Food preparation according to written and oral instructions.
* Replenish food and maintain clean serving areas.
* Set up and break down of serving areas.
* Maintain a neat, clean and safe work environment.
* Perform related work as required
* Practice personal hygiene and proper sanitation procedures.
* Perform all tasks assigned in a safe and productive manner
* Cleaning and sanitation awareness
* Ability to lift up to 40 LBS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* High School Graduate or equivalent (adequate education/training/experience to complete all tasks).
* 3 years of restaurant or food service experience
* Excellent work and attendance record
* Knowledge of food and nutrition
* General knowledge of methods used in preparing and serving
* Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
* Serve safe certified recommended
