Conduct community tours and guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process. Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community partners. Follow up consistently with prospects, address concerns, and overcome objections related to senior living options. Support occupancy goals by maintaining accurate sales records, implementing marketing strategies, and collaborating with community leaders to ensure smooth resident transitions. What You Have Required Proven sales, business development, or admissions experience Strong relationship-building and communication skills Experience managing leads and maintaining a consistent follow-up process Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and close opportunities Preferred Senior Living, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Hospice, Healthcare Admissions, or Healthcare Sales experience Experience working with occupancy goals, move-in targets, or commission-based performance metrics CRM or applicant tracking system experience Bachelor's Degree
