Senior Paralegal

We’re partnered with a highly respected, nationally recognized law firm to add an experienced Paralegal/Attorney Practice Coordinator to their team. This is a key support role working closely with multiple attorneys in a fast‑paced litigation and labor & employment environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, precision, and owning the coordination of complex legal workflows. Location & Schedule Hybrid role based in Sacramento, CA 3 days in office (Wednesday is a core in‑office day) Responsibilities Coordinate high‑level attorney support across internal teams (calendar, billing, resource teams) Manage case timelines, verify court deadlines, and proactively alert attorneys Prepare and finalize legal documents for filing, including e‑filing in state and federal courts Create and maintain Tables of Contents (TOC) and Tables of Authorities (TOA) Handle document management within systems like NetDocuments and Virtual Binder Support new client matter intake and ensure accurate documentation Maintain attorney contacts and assist with client‑related administrative tasks Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless workflow and avoid duplication Requirements 10+ years of litigation support experience in a professional legal environment Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules, procedures, and ECF filings Advanced experience with TOC/TOA (Best Authority strongly preferred) Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple attorneys and competing priorities Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Adobe, and legal document systems (NetDocuments, BigHand Create) Strong communication skills and attention to detail Trial experience and a bachelor’s degree are a plus Compensation $82,000 - $104,000 bonus opportunities Health, Dental, 401K, PTO Why This Role Join a stable, highly regarded firm with strong tenure and growth potential Competitive compensation + performance‑based bonuses Collaborative, professional environment with high standards Hybrid flexibility with a structured in‑office schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr The Los Angeles County Bar Association - LACBA
