Position Summary SAP Product Costing Senior Consultant (Semiconductor Industry) – Deloitte, Costa Mesa, CA. Recruiting for this role ends on May31,2025. Core Responsibilities Utilize deep understanding of SAP solutions and the unique demands of product costing within the semiconductor industry to drive overall operational and delivery excellence in client organizations. Participate in client engagement workstreams focused on finance and product costing process design, optimization, and transformation using S/4 HANA. Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and propose solutions. Analyze and improve business processes through SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices in semiconductor manufacturing. Contribute to go‑to‑market and internal initiatives to drive growth of the practice, enhance efficiency, and improve profitability. Support sales pursuit efforts. Key Qualifications – Required At least 5 years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, including experience with a large or boutique consulting firm or as an internal consultant. At least 2 years of experience working in the semiconductor industry or with semiconductor clients. Hands‑on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Finance/Controlling modules for system settings related to controlling, cost center accounting, product costing, cost object controlling, creation and maintenance of cost estimates, product cost and variance analysis, material ledger, and actual costing. Participation in all phases of at least 2 end‑to‑end full‑life‑cycle implementations with a focus on SAP Controlling modules. Experience with S/4 HANA implementation. Experience in a workstream sub‑lead or lead role on at least 1 implementation. Ability to travel up to 50% based on the work, client, and industry/sector served. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Key Qualifications – Desired Understanding of S/4 HANA integration with Procurement, Order‑to‑Cash, Manufacturing, and Finance. Experience in repetitive, process, or discrete manufacturing processes in any industry. Knowledge of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies. SAP certification in relevant modules. Experience with Signavio. Greenfield implementation experience. Master’s degree. Additional Information Salary range estimate: $113,325 to $188,875, depending on skill set, experience, and other factors. Potential eligibility for discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules.
