Sr. Plastic Surgery Sales Representative (Los Angeles, CA) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Aesthetics and Reconstruction

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Plastic Surgery Sales Representative for the Los Angeles territory to drive product sales and market penetration for Mentor surgical solutions. The role involves managing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets in the aesthetics and reconstruction market.
Responsibilities
- Expand Mentor product sales to new and established accounts while meeting sales quotas
- Demonstrate proper surgical product use and address customer questions and objections
- Build and maintain customer relationships across private practices, surgery centers, and hospitals
- Develop territory business plans and manage marketing programs
- Execute sales training requirements and administrative tasks set by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-6 years of total work experience
- Surgical sales experience preferred
- Strong consultative selling and account management skills
- Technical knowledge of surgical products and competitive portfolios
- Territory management and business planning capability
