Digital Designer (Email + Lifecycle Marketing)

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Digital Designer to join a small, collaborative creative team supporting customer-facing communications and digital experiences. This role is equal parts strategic design thinking and hands-on production - ideal for a self-starter who can own projects from concept through final delivery. The emphasis is email design at scale - building modular template systems, managing versioning, and producing lifecycle communications across the full customer journey. • 3 months, Full Time Hours CT
• Fully Remote or Hybrid 1-2 days onsite in Irving, TX
• $45-50/hr
• Must Have: Heavy email versioning experience

Responsibilities:

Email & Lifecycle Marketing

• Design and scale modular email template systems and reusable component libraries for lifecycle marketing programs
• Manage asset versioning, content updates, and localization requests across recurring campaign needs
• Partner with Marketing Operations to support implementation and optimization of lifecycle programs
• Ensure all communications maintain brand consistency, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles

UX/UI & Digital Design

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Apply UX/UI best practices to improve usability, hierarchy, and customer engagement
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation

Sales Enablement

• Design presentations, one-pagers, product sheets, infographics, and customer-facing collateral
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, visually compelling communications

Production & Asset Development

• Prepare production-ready files across multiple platforms and channels
• Create simple animations and motion graphics in Adobe After Effects
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand, accessibility, and QA requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in digital design, email/lifecycle marketing design, or UX/UI
• Expert-level Figma proficiency - Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems, Interactive Prototyping
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Acrobat
• Proven experience building scalable email template systems and managing versioning across large campaign volumes
• Strong understanding of responsive design, component-based systems, and UX/UI principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint
• Portfolio required, demonstrating email and lifecycle design, Figma expertise, design systems, and production-ready deliverables
