SENIOR RECRUITER
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. This position may be handling a significant requisition load of both technical and administrative roles for our Fort Worth, TX, and Fort Wayne, IN locations.
LOCATION
- Fort Wayne, IN preferred, but will consider remote candidates (eastern or central time zone preferred)
COMPENSATION
- This position offers a competitive compensation package, benchmarked to regional market standards. It consists of a base salary plus the opportunity for quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the PTR brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Develop and implement an overall recruiting strategy for assigned requisitions.
- Manage assigned requisitions, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Understand the business and build effective relationships with managers across the company.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever
- Nurture campaigns, employee referrals, etc.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude. Provide analytical and well-documented KPI reports to the Recruitment Manager.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of proven work experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to architect the interview process on all open positions.
- Experience recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across various departments within and organization.
- Hands-on experience conducting interviews and consulting on the selection process.
- Ability to guide candidates through entire interview, offer and acceptance lifecycle.
- Ability to successfully work on and fill multiple open requisitions at a time across various departments.
- Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.

- A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.

Benefits eligibility varies by employment classification. Contractors, interns, and part-time employees are not eligible for the full-time employee benefits package.
