What You'll Do

• Accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems and components.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and ensure vehicle performance meets safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with service advisors to explain technical issues, recommend solutions, and estimate costs.
• Communicate with customers as needed to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
• Complete all repairs and services according to manufacturer specifications, including warranty work.
• Stay up to date on the latest technology, diagnostic tools, and repair procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Volkswagen Master Technician Certification (or equivalent manufacturer master-level certification preferred).
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
