Cleared Business Analyst (Washington, DC)

Job Overview At Accenture Federal Services, we help the US federal government build a stronger, safer nation and improve life for people. We work across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations. Responsibilities The BA will understand client business needs and requirements. Understand the current system and how it functions. Assist in design and development of applications based on business requirements. Upgrade and modify applications per business needs. Create manual and automated test scenarios, and test the system accurately by appropriate deadlines. Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications. Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion. Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and complete the project within assigned timelines. Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities. Be available for migrations (during non-standard business hours). Qualifications Full lifecycle development experience using Waterfall and Agile. Understand client business needs, gather user stories and requirements, and understand testing phases. Demonstrate knowledge of application functionality and current computer technology. Must be TS Cleared. Must be willing to go onsite in Washington, DC. Eligibility Requirements US Citizenship required. Compensation and Benefits The base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $78,600—$160,200 USD.
