Description Warner Norcross + Judd LLP is seeking an experienced Corporate and Real Estate Attorney to join our Muskegon office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in areas such as M&A, negotiating and drafting real estate, corporate, and commercial agreements, and corporate governance and compliance. The candidate must demonstrate an interest in and aptitude for business development.
