Revolution Technologies is hiring a Director, AI Solutions Architect for our leading wholesale client! Key Skills and Experience Required Ability to work 2 days per week onsite in Houston, TX (77077) Artificial Agentic AI, LLM Orchestration, and AI Workflow Design Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, and Modern AI/ML Ecosystem Enterprise Data Platforms and AI-Enabled Business Transformation Key Responsibilities Architect and design enterprise AI solutions that leverage Generative AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation to solve complex business challenges Partner with business leaders, product owners, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business objectives into scalable AI-enabled solution architecture Define reusable architecture patterns for enterprise AI applications, LLM orchestration pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool/function calling, and AI workflow integration Design modern AI platforms that integrate with enterprise data ecosystems, operational systems, APIs, and cloud-native services Provide technical leadership across the AI solution lifecycle, including architecture, prototyping, implementation guidance, testing strategies, governance, and production readiness Collaborate with Data Engineering, MLOps, Platform Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and Analytics teams to ensure AI solutions align with enterprise standards and modernization initiatives Partner with executive and business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, establish success metrics, and demonstrate measurable business outcomes and return on investment Define architecture patterns supporting conversational AI, intelligent assistants, knowledge retrieval, document intelligence, workflow automation, and enterprise decision support Mentor architects and engineering teams while serving as a technical leader and trusted advisor across multiple business domains Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline 10+ years of experience designing enterprise technology solutions with significant experience in cloud architecture, data platforms, and AI-enabled applications Experience architecting enterprise AI solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics platforms Strong understanding of modern AI architecture patterns including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, tool/function calling, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration concepts Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, data services, and operational systems Experience working within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments, including exposure to Vertex AI and modern cloud-native services Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture principles including structured and unstructured data, streaming, event-driven architectures, and modern analytics platforms Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies Experience designing enterprise AI solutions utilizing vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search capabilities Benefits Competitive compensation package Long-Term Disability Health Savings Account (HSA) Tuition Reimbursement Life Insurance Supplemental Insurance Options Paid Time Off (PTO) Equal Opportunity Employer Revolution Technologies, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
