Location: On-site, North Canton, OH 44720 Pay: $28.00/hour Hours: Monday Friday, with a start time between 7:30AM and 8:00AM Training Schedule: During the first two weeks, hours will be 7:30AM to 4:30/5:00PM until payroll processing is completed. Must-Haves:

• Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience, including payroll for both exempt and non-exempt employees
• Experience processing payroll for a multi-state U.S. workforce
• Hands-on experience with a payroll or ERP system (Dayforce strongly preferred)
• Intermediate Excel skills, including:
  • Formulas
  • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Pivot Tables
  • Data reconciliation

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience, including full-cycle payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Proven expertise in managing multi-state payroll for approximately 1,000 employees within the U.S.
• Strong proficiency with ERP or payroll systems, preferably Dayforce.
• Intermediate Excel skills such as formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.
• Experience conducting payroll audits, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, high level of accuracy, and confidentiality.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting payroll for over 1,000 employees.
• Familiarity with Dayforce implementation or advanced modules.
• Knowledge of Prevailing Wage Payrolls and payroll accounting.
• Certifications such as CPP or FPC.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience working in dynamic environments with tight deadlines.
• Exposure to payroll system upgrades and process improvements.
