• Our nurses are highly trained and have a specialized skill set in dialysis, resulting in exceptional levels of compassionate care.

Joining Saber in 2018, Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 180- bed skilled nursing, rehabilitation and long-term care facility conveniently located near U.S. Route 29 in Charlottesville, Virginia. Our patients enjoy engaging activities such as live musical performances, visits with therapy dogs, arts and crafts, worship services, bible study and bingo. Monroe Health and Rehabilitation is close to restaurants, shopping and other Charlottesville amenities.

At Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center, we offer our patients Home Dialysis on-site so that they are able to receive their dialysis right in the comfort of our facility through Dialyze Direct. We're proud to offer this on-site to continue to help patients make their appointments and maintain their social interaction with our devoted team members.

Studies have shown that patients who have more frequent dialysis experience improved clinical outcomes including:

• Better control of hypertension and anemia
• Energy to assist in rehabilitation
• Fewer dialysis-related complications
• Fewer medications
• Decrease in hospitalizations related to dialysis
• Decrease in fatigue after dialysis

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

Non-billable orientation: 8hrs
Holiday and OT Multipliers: 1.25%

• 1 year or more CURRENT Dialysis experience - Required
• Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required
• Geriatric patient experience - Required
• NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - PREFERRED, Please note experience on submission
• CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED
• Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
• BSN - Preferred

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• BLS (AHA)
