Teen Drop-In Supervisor

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
County-wide drop-in programs for teens.DUTIES
Set up program facility. Keep accurate registration and attendance figures. Check proper registration and proof of age of participants. Check to make sure area is safe. Provide direct leadership. Know and implement Department policies and procedures at the facility. If gym supervisor chooses to participate in the recreational program, they do so at their own risk.MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 18 years old.EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
Experience working with the teen population. Experience facilitating recreation activities. Ability to deal with difficult people and difficult situations.EDUCATION
High school education, or equivalent.RATE OF PAY
