Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of commercial real estate due diligence projects. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping projects on track—coordinating timelines, managing documentation, and facilitating communication across internal teams, vendors, and clients. How You’ll Make an Impact Support project managers in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones Assist in managing project kickoff by gathering and organizing required documentation Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, clients, surveyors, and contractors Track deliverables and proactively follow up on outstanding items to maintain project momentum Provide timely updates on project status, including risks, delays, and key developments Help ensure alignment across stakeholders on project scope, timelines, and expectations Maintain accurate and well-organized digital project files and documentation Review incoming materials for completeness and perform quality checks on deliverables Support budget tracking, invoice preparation, and updates within CRM/project management tools Assist with reporting, presentations, and client communications Contribute to process improvements that enhance workflow efficiency and project tracking Why Join CREtelligent? QualificationsWhat You Bring Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative Education & Experience High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support or a related role Exposure to project management tools or CRM systems preferred Experience in commercial real estate, due diligence, or related fields is a plus The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job, absent undue hardship.
