Client Services Coordinator

To support a growing educational initiative, the part-time Client Services Coordinator will manage client intake conversations, build relationships with families and schools, and articulate the curriculum and coaching methodologies while working remotely or in a hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities Handle prospective family intake conversations with sophistication and discernment Present The Ladder Method curriculum and coaching model confidently to clients Assist with strategic outreach to deepen partnerships with school contacts Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in education, admissions, client services, or relationship-driven leadership roles Understanding of the K-12 educational landscape Familiarity with ADHD and executive functioning challenges Experience managing high-touch relationships Background as a teacher, school counselor, learning specialist, or education administrator strongly preferred
