Supporting a longstanding utility industry client, the part-time contract Commercial Contracts Attorney - Utilities will negotiate and advise on IT and technology agreements while working remotely approximately 10 hours per week. Key responsibilities Negotiate and advise on commercial contracts related to IT and technology for utility clients Work independently and collaborate with business stakeholders to provide legal guidance Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy regulations in the utility sector Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial contracts Prior representation of utility clients in an in-house or law firm setting Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy considerations in the utility sector J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Licensed to practice law and in good standing
