About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing the finance infrastructure of the business, particularly in the context of a high-growth platform. While a strong background in the typical finance toolkit is essential, experience in M&A and integration is also highly valued. The role is hands-on and involves significant influence in the development of the team, systems, and the future growth strategy of the business. International experience and a background in a SaaS, software, or BPO platform are considered advantageous. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Finance include financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role also requires a strategic approach to financial management, with a focus on supporting the company's growth and expansion plans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar leadership role, with the ability to provide strategic financial guidance and support to the executive team. A proactive and dynamic approach, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills, is essential for this position.
