The Strategic Customers Engineering organization within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) sits at the center of the fastest-growing and most technically demanding part of the cloud: building at scale for the world’s leading AI innovators. Someone who brings clarity where there is ambiguity, momentum where there is friction, and alignment where there are competing priorities.What You’ll Do In this role, you will:Work directly on cross-organizational programs that cut across engineering, product, operations, capacity, and business teams.Operate at scale, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and execution across multiple OCI orgs for initiatives that impact both product and business outcomes. Bring teams across OCI toward a unified north star, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress across all stakeholders. Translate complex technical requirements into clear plans and measurable milestones, driving them from concept to launch. Serve as the connective tissue between teams, identifying gaps early, removing blockers, and maintaining steady execution.
