You’ll work across teams to help ensure product, supplier, packaging, and compliance information is accurate, organized, and maintained throughout the product lifecycle. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines a strong quality and regulatory background with a practical, process-focused mindset.
Why Join Hagen Group:

With U.S. operations headquartered in Mansfield, Massachusetts, and a global presence, we’re known for our commitment to innovation, quality, and nutritional excellence. Our aim remains simple: to improve the lives of pets, who in turn improve our lives every day.
How You’ll Be Contributing: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage quality, regulatory, supplier, packaging, and product information within Salesforce, PIM, WMS, and other business systems, ensuring information remains accurate, complete, and accessible.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen information governance, reduce duplication, and improve visibility of critical business data.
- Support the management of non-conformities, corrective actions, product specifications, supplier documentation, and compliance records.
- Collaborate on New Product Development projects to ensure quality, regulatory, supplier, packaging, and compliance requirements are addressed throughout the product lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring:

- 4–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Product Compliance, Supplier Quality, Product Stewardship, or a related field.
- Experience with supplier audits, corrective actions, compliance documentation, product data management, and quality systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet-based analysis.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience with Salesforce, PIM, WMS, ERP, PLM, quality databases, or similar business systems is an asset.
- Knowledge of U.S. pet food regulations, FDA requirements, AAFCO guidelines, state feed registration and labeling requirements, packaging compliance, and consumer product regulations is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with FCC, UL, ETL, CSA, CE, RoHS, REACH, TSCA, Proposition 65, battery compliance, and related regulatory programs is an asset.
