BA - Risk Analysts

TITLE: BA - Risk Analysts STATUS: Open LOCATION: New York City, NY, United States # of Openings: 10 Type: Permanent Requisition Details: Responsibilities: Liaise with business and IT teams to understand business requirements documents. Collaborate with IT and business teams to draft Functional Requirements documents. Work closely with senior IT managers on key initiatives. Focus on AML/Compliance and possess expertise in this area. Technical Skills: 10-18 years of experience, including 5-10 years as a Business Analyst. Domain experience in Credit Risk, Basel II & III, RWA Calculations, CCAR, DFAST, Volker’s Rule, Financial Regulatory Reporting, Risk Regulatory Reporting, with AxiomSL experience preferred. PMO experience is a plus for senior profiles. Ability to perform data analysis and mapping. Work closely with business to understand requirements and communicate with technology teams. Experience in writing Functional Requirement Documents, System Test Plans, and Traceability Metrics. Good testing skills, including participation in functional testing and ensuring requirements are met before UAT. Knowledge of SQL and PLSQL. Proven experience in requirements gathering and solution design. Qualifications: 10-18 years of experience, including 5-10 years as a Risk Analyst Business Analyst.
