Your Role as a CNA / Nurse Aide

As part of our caregiving team, you will provide essential support that helps clients maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes.

Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Helping with mobility, transfers, walks, and transportation to appointments
Providing companionship and emotional support
Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
Observing and reporting changes in client condition or behavior
Responding quickly and responsibly during emergencies

What Were Looking For
At least 1 year of caregiving experience (personal or professional)
Current CNA or Nurse Aide certification
BLS CPR certification (or willingness to obtain after hire)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently while providing excellent care
