Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Rehab Tech role located in Branson, MO. The Rehab Tech will support clinical providers by preparing treatment areas, setting up equipment, and assisting with rehabilitation exercises under licensed clinician supervision. Responsibilities include helping patients safely move and position themselves, monitoring comfort and safety during therapy sessions, and providing clear, respectful communication to answer basic questions. The role also involves documenting services as directed, maintaining clean and organized treatment spaces, stocking supplies, and assisting with basic administrative tasks related to patient flow. The Rehab Tech will work closely with physical and occupational therapy staff to support consistent, high-quality patient care.
Qualifications

• Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy support skills, including assisting with exercises and following treatment plans as directed by licensed providers.
• Patient Care skills, with the ability to provide safe assistance, observe patient responses, and maintain a compassionate, professional demeanor.
• Occupational Therapy support skills, such as helping set up activities, adaptive equipment, and functional training under clinician guidance.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and respectful interaction with patients, families, and team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification as a rehab aide, PT/OT aide, or related field preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with patient mobility throughout the day, including occasionally lifting or supporting patients and equipment with proper body mechanics.
• Basic computer and documentation skills; ability to learn clinic workflows and electronic systems.
• Previous experience in a therapy, rehabilitation, or clinical setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and follow clinical protocols is essential.
