Associate Brand Manager (1)

We are looking for an Associate Brand Manager to support marketing communications initiatives for a healthcare-focused brand team in Newark, Delaware. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and has experience in pharmaceutical or medical device communications, and who can contribute to educational campaigns, customer-facing programs, and event-driven marketing efforts in a fast-moving environment. The role will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand visibility, support audience engagement, and help deliver high-quality communication materials.Responsibilities:• Support the planning and execution of marketing communication activities that align with brand objectives and customer engagement goals.• Help develop educational content and communication materials for healthcare audiences across digital and live channels.• Coordinate customer development initiatives, including support for meetings, events, and congress-related activities.• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure projects move forward on time and meet quality expectations.• Assist with promotional messaging, content reviews, and campaign updates while maintaining consistency with brand standards.• Contribute to event strategy and logistics for customer-facing programs, including materials preparation and follow-up activities.• Track project milestones, manage deliverables, and help keep multiple workstreams organized in a fast-paced setting.
